The fine print

Opsis is currently free during early access — there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund today. This policy explains the refund terms that will apply once paid plans launch, so you know exactly what to expect before you ever enter a card.
Right now there is no checkout, no card required, and no charges, so there is nothing to refund. We will never charge you without you explicitly choosing a paid plan and agreeing to its price first — see section 5 of our Terms of Service and the Pricing page.
Paid plans will be billed as recurring subscriptions — monthly or annually, per workspace. Everything described below applies once those paid plans are live; until then there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
For your first payment on any paid plan, if Opsis isn't right for you, email admin@heyopsis.com within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. No fine print and no questions about why.
Annual plans get the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the first charge. After that window, the remaining months of an annual term are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise (see section 8).
Enterprise and other custom plans are governed by the order form or agreement we sign with you. Where that document sets out its own refund or cancellation terms, those terms take precedence over this page.
Once paid plans are live, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We refund in the same currency you were charged.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you more than this page does, they apply.
If a charge looks wrong, email us first — we respond quickly, and a refund is usually faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your workspace being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
